What is ART NOUVEAU’S concept & how is it different from other clothing brands?

Art nouveau is a sustainable slow fashion philosophy which works on minimizing productions & taking care of earth’s resources through its craft and emphasizes on using eco-friendly hand processes for its textiles.

We do NOT mass produce multiple garments in a single style & that’s the reason you will find single exclusive units being displayed on our web store.

This makes our crafted ensembles highly valuable for our customer as these garments would hold 100% exclusivity for the customers who have purchased it.

How does Art Nouveau support small businesses & local artists?

Art Nouveau is an artist brand that is based on high values of ‘collaboration.’

Our founder & head designer works on creating small capsule collections that are being designed for small businesses ran by local artist families & we incorporate their god gifted art on to our textiles. This in turn supports everyone morally & economically and makes sure our artists have work all year through.

How is Art Nouveau HANDMADE?

‘Handmade’ is Art Nouveau’s core creation ethic. All the designs & capsule collections incorporated by us showcase hand craft of a particular artist community. Handmade is the soul of our craft and we take great pride in supporting our community with 100% handwork based designs.

When I Purchase an Art Nouveau garment, can I get customized measurements of the style I am ordering?

Art Nouveau would want its customers to love their purchase and the slow fashion created by us. Keeping this in mind we have kept a dedicated service of altering our garment as per your required measurement.

We have kept a dedicated link of WhatsApp chat under each of our product which would connect our customers to our tech team who in turn can make suggestions on the required alterations.

What are the Quality procedures & measures at ART NOUVEAU?

Art Nouveau is a byproduct of Tushar Handworks. Established in 1987, Tushar Handworks is a slow textile company serving ethical brands outside India with its handcrafted products.

Being in service for 30+ years gives us an edge of experience for maintaining the most stringent of the qualities. Also, serving the international market since 1987 has added another feather in our cap. We are blessed to have a dedicated quality control team with an experience of over 20+ years and in some cases 25+ years. All the products passes through 3 stage quality check which includes various technical aspects of measurements, shrinkage etc.

What are the steps ART NOUVEAU is taking on fair-trade & sustainability?

Art Nouveau takes its sustainable practices very seriously. We have dedicated a page on ‘Sustainability’ in ‘Explore’ section of our web-store. The same may be visited to understand Art Nouveau’s stand on sustainability.

Can I represent Art Nouveau in my city/country?

Art Nouveau is a slow philosophy. We would love likeminded groups of people to join our community & represent our craft in their city/country. Please visit ‘Franchise’ page in ‘Explore’ section for more details.

Is it required to open account for shopping at Art Nouveau Studio?

No, this is actually not compulsory. As a guest user you can make purchases.

However, there is an advantage for you if you set up an account with us. Every time you need not enter the details. Just sign up now or before the check out on cart page.

What is the procedure to create account?

Click on the option “Login/Register”; next, follow ‘Create An Account’; next fill in personal details and particulars.

How Can I Place An order?

Choose your favorite items and add them to cart. On completing the selection, head to check out. Before finalizing and payments, do ensure that all your information is 100% correct.

Why Am I Not Able to add items in my cart?

Item can be added only if available. In case of the product is in someone’s cart, then you might not be able to add item in your cart. In this situation, status of such items is produced as as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

What are the modes of payment to pay for my orders?

We accept all payments via major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express, Pay U, PayPal, PayTm and COD. Cash on delivery is however available only within India. There is also a facility of  making payments via National & International Bank transfers at the checkout page.

Is there an option to edit or cancel order?

Unfortunately there is no such option after placing an order. Hence it is advised to check the order before it is placed. In case you change your mind after placing order & wish to cancel the same, you may please contact us on contact@artnouveaustudio.com OR chats with us on WhatsApp link given on our web-store to initiate the same.

How to use the Discount code that I have?

Voucher code needs to be placed in the voucher code field, click add in the cart to proceed and check out. The code cannot be applied by us manually in case if it is missed at the time of check out.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
