We wish to have satisfied customers at Art Nouveau who are happy with their purchase with us. And if they aren’t we would like to apologize for it. We offer exchanges & returns for our Indian customers. However, International orders are non returnable & exchangeable due to heavy shipping prices. Also, both national & international customers who have requested customized fitting for their ordered products will not be liable for return & exchange due to obvious reasons please.

Indian customers are free to return and exchange the purchased products as per the below mentioned terms and conditions:

  • The products should be in their original packing and tags intact.
  • The items should be unused, unworn and unwashed and should be in their original condition.
  • Product should be free of any marks on their outer body and sole.
  • Inclusion of original receipts is a must.
  • Products ordered to us with size alterations carry no refund no exchange policy.

If any of the above-mentioned conditions are unmet, we regret to inform you that your exchange and return request won’t be able to complete irrespective of the fact that all items have been sent to us back.

  1. Validity for returns and exchanges– All the requests are required to be raised within 2 days from the purchase. For all the local deliveries, you can exchange your product through portal at OR visit Art Nouveau Jaipur studio with a prior appointment. However, all the return and exchange requests are to be made online only.
  2. Exchange and Returns online–You will be required to add your original invoice along with the products in original packaging and condition. You can mail us your products with the help of a traceable mode of courier. Within 5 days of receipt of goods you shall get a confirmation email and you shall be notified the moment your Store Credit Voucher is ready. You can use the Online Store Credit Vouchers just once. If you receive any product in a damaged state or an incorrect shipment, will bear the entire cost of shipping the products back to you, subject to the availability of the stock.
  3. Other Conditions– The returns and exchanges can be made just once. Our exchange and return policy do not cover any charges for damages resulting from accidental, random or unique damage that is due to your wear and tear of the product. All the returns are governed by the Consumer Protection and Fair Trading laws of India. The decisions made by are final and shall not subject to any changes.
